The House

Overlooking the sea at Marigot Bay, Eden House has stunning ocean views and direct access to the waters of Marigot’s marine nature reserve.

European architect-designed, Eden House’s dramatically clean modern lines, realised in dove grey and accented by splashes of stunning colour, create an inspiring sensation of space, peace and calm.

Tropical palm-filled gardens surround the house and descend to the coconut grove at the water’s edge.

The Bedrooms

The three bedrooms have en-suite Balinese pebble-lined bathrooms.

Each is equipped with AC, safe, fridge, TV, satellite and Apple TV.

The Space

The enormous living area creates a unity of inside and outside space.

Rich in natural materials, using painted teak, lava stone and cembonite, the space is complemented by Italian furniture, with satellite and Apple TV and Sonos sound. The fully equipped kitchen area is perfect for entertainment catering.

Huge decks on three levels have spectacular views, with the main deck surrounding the 13m infinity pool.
